Validity and Scope of Sales Terms<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-small-font-size\"><strong>1.1. General Terms<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-small-font-size\">These Sales Terms apply to the rights and obligations arising when purchasing products (hereinafter referred to as &#8220;Product(s)&#8221;) from the online store <a href=\"http:\/\/www.skinstudio.ee\">www.skinstudio.ee<\/a> between its customers (hereinafter referred to as the &#8220;Buyer&#8221;) and SKIN STUDIO O\u00dc (hereinafter referred to as &#8220;SKINSTUDIO&#8221;).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-small-font-size\">In addition to these terms, legal relations arising from purchases made in the SKINSTUDIO online store are regulated by the laws in force in the Republic of Estonia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-small-font-size\"><strong>1.2. Changes to Terms<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-small-font-size\">SKINSTUDIO reserves the right to make changes to the sales terms and prices, and these changes will be reflected on the website <a href=\"http:\/\/www.skinstudio.ee\">www.skinstudio.ee<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-small-font-size\">If the Buyer has placed an order before any changes to the terms take effect, the terms that were valid at the time of the order will apply unless otherwise stated in the law or these terms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-small-font-size\"><strong>1.3. Acceptance of Terms<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-small-font-size\">By accepting the terms, the Buyer confirms that they have read, agree to, and comply with the Sales Terms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-small-font-size\"><strong>2. Placing Orders<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-small-font-size\"><strong>2.1. Order Placement<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-small-font-size\">Products that can be purchased from the SKINSTUDIO website are marked with the \u201cAdd to cart\u201d button.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-small-font-size\">To order a suitable Product, it must be added to the shopping cart.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-small-font-size\"><strong>2.2. Product Price and Availability<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-small-font-size\">The price and availability of the Product may change without prior notice.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-small-font-size\"><strong>2.2.1. Price Display<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-small-font-size\">The price of the Product is shown on its product page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-small-font-size\">If there is a discount, both the discounted and regular prices will be displayed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-small-font-size\"><strong>2.2.2. Price Changes After Ordering<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-small-font-size\">If the Buyer places an order before a price change, the price applicable at the time of the order will be honored.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-small-font-size\">SKINSTUDIO does not refund price differences.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-small-font-size\"><strong>2.3. Managing the Shopping Cart<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list has-small-font-size\">\n<li>The Buyer can view the contents of their shopping cart by clicking the &#8220;Cart&#8221; icon at the top of the page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The quantity of products in the cart can be adjusted, and products can be removed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-small-font-size\"><strong>2.4. Choosing a Delivery Method<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list has-small-font-size\">\n<li>Before completing the order, the Buyer must select a suitable delivery method.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Product prices do not include shipping costs. The delivery fee depends on the selected delivery method and is indicated separately on the invoice.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-small-font-size\"><strong>2.5. Order Confirmation and Payment<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list has-small-font-size\">\n<li>To complete the order, the Buyer must click the \u201c<strong>Checkout<\/strong>\u201d button.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To confirm the order, the Buyer must click the \u201c<strong>Order and Pay<\/strong>\u201d button.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-small-font-size\"><strong>2.5.1. Payment Methods<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list has-small-font-size\">\n<li>Credit Card<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bank Transfer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bank Link<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-small-font-size\"><strong>2.5.2. Order Confirmation<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list has-small-font-size\">\n<li>An order confirmation (prepayment invoice) will be sent to the Buyer\u2019s email address.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the Buyer has not received the invoice and order confirmation, please contact us at <strong><a href=\"mailto:info@skinstudio.ee\">info@skinstudio.ee<\/a><\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-small-font-size\"><strong>2.6. Shipping of Goods<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list has-small-font-size\">\n<li>Products will be shipped by SKINSTUDIO after the invoice has been paid.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-small-font-size\"><strong>3. Conclusion of the Sales Agreement<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-small-font-size\"><strong>3.1. Contractual Obligation<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-small-font-size\">The Buyer confirms the order and commits to paying for it by clicking the \u201c<strong>Order and Pay<\/strong>\u201d button.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-small-font-size\"><strong>3.2. Agreement Enforcement<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-small-font-size\">The sales agreement is deemed concluded once the prepayment has been received in SKINSTUDIO\u2019s bank account.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-small-font-size\"><strong>3.3. Order Cancellation Due to Non-Payment<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-small-font-size\">If the Buyer does not pay the invoice within two business days, the order will be considered canceled.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-small-font-size\"><strong>4. Delivery and Handover of Products<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-small-font-size\"><strong>4.1. Delivery Time and Methods<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list has-small-font-size\">\n<li>SKINSTUDIO processes the order and hands it over to logistics partners.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The delivery time depends on the delivery method and destination.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-small-font-size\"><strong>4.1.1. Delivery in Estonia<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list has-small-font-size\">\n<li>Omniva \/ DPD \/ Itella Smartpost \/ Venipak parcel machine: delivery within 1\u20133 business days.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A notification will be sent to the Buyer\u2019s mobile phone when the parcel arrives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Parcels are stored in parcel machines for 7 calendar days, after which they are returned to SKINSTUDIO.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-small-font-size\"><strong>4.1.2.<\/strong> <strong>Delivery to Finland<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list has-small-font-size\">\n<li><strong>Itella Smartpost<\/strong>: delivery within <strong>3\u20135 business days<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A notification will be sent to the Buyer\u2019s mobile phone when the parcel arrives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The parcel will be stored in the SmartPOST parcel machine for 7 calendar days.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-small-font-size\"><strong>4.2. Free Delivery<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list has-small-font-size\">\n<li><strong>Estonia<\/strong>: Free delivery for orders over <strong>59 \u20ac<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Latvia <\/strong>and <strong>Lithuania<\/strong>: Free delivery for orders over <strong>149<\/strong> \u20ac.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Finland<\/strong>: Free delivery for orders over <strong>199<\/strong> \u20ac.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-small-font-size\"><strong>4.3. Orders Outside the Baltic States<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list has-small-font-size\">\n<li>The shipping fee outside the Baltic States is 16 \u20ac (excluding Russia).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Free delivery for orders over 349 \u20ac.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-small-font-size\"><strong>5. Right of Withdrawal<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-small-font-size\"><strong>5.1. Duration and Conditions of the Right of Withdrawal<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list has-small-font-size\">\n<li>According to the Law of Obligations Act, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The returned product must be:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Undamaged<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unused<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In its original packaging with labels<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Properly packed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-small-font-size\"><strong>5.2. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list has-small-font-size\">\n<li>The right of withdrawal does not apply if:<br>The product has been opened and cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons (e.g., cosmetic products).<br>The product has been custom-made or specially adapted for the Buyer.gus <strong>ei kehti<\/strong>, kui:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Toode on avatud ja seda ei saa tervislikel v\u00f5i h\u00fcgieenilistel p\u00f5hjustel tagastada<\/strong> (nt kosmeetikatooted).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Toode on spetsiaalselt Ostjale kohandatud v\u00f5i valmistatud.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-small-font-size\"><strong>5.3. Return Process<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list has-small-font-size\">\n<li>If the Buyer wishes to return a product, they must send an email to <a>info@skinstudio.ee<\/a> with the following details:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Name and surname<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Order number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reason for return<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Product name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A photo of the product (if possible)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-small-font-size\"><strong>5.4. Return Costs<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list has-small-font-size\">\n<li>The Buyer covers the return costs unless:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The product is defective or damaged during transport (not the packaging).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The wrong product was sent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-small-font-size\"><strong>5.5. Refunds<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list has-small-font-size\">\n<li>SKINSTUDIO will refund the amount immediately but no later than 14 days after the returned product has been received and inspected.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The refund will be issued to the same account used for payment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-small-font-size\"><strong>5.6. Condition of the Product Upon Return<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list has-small-font-size\">\n<li>The Buyer must return the product immediately, but no later than <strong>14 <\/strong>days after submitting the withdrawal request.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The deadline is met if the product is returned before <strong>14 <\/strong>days have passed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-small-font-size\"><strong>5.7. If Replacement Is Not Possible<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list has-small-font-size\">\n<li>If it is not possible to replace a defective product, SKINSTUDIO will refund the product cost to the Buyer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Buyer may choose a <strong>refund <\/strong>or a replacement product of the same value.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-small-font-size\"><strong>5.8. Other Conditions<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list has-small-font-size\">\n<li>If the Buyer has not received the ordered product or if it does not match the description in the online store, they do not need to submit a withdrawal request but may file a complaint (see Chapter 6).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-small-font-size\"><strong>6. Liability and Complaints<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-small-font-size\"><strong>6.1. Liability for Breaching Sales Terms<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list has-small-font-size\">\n<li>SKINSTUDIO and the Buyer are liable for any damages caused to each other according to the laws of the Republic of Estonia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-small-font-size\"><strong>6.2. Right to Submit Complaints<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list has-small-font-size\">\n<li>The Buyer has the right to submit complaints about product defects for up to two years from the date of receipt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A complaint must be submitted within two months of discovering the defect.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-small-font-size\"><strong>6.3. Filing a Complaint<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list has-small-font-size\">\n<li>Complaints should be sent via email to <a>info@skinstudio.ee<\/a> or submitted at the SKINSTUDIO office at Raua 28, Tallinn.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The complaint must include:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Buyer\u2019s name and contact details<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Date of complaint submission<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Product defect description<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Requested resolution<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof of purchase (invoice, receipt)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-small-font-size\"><strong>6.4. Complaint Processing<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list has-small-font-size\">\n<li>SKINSTUDIO will respond to complaints in writing within 15 days.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If SKINSTUDIO cannot respond within 15 days, the Buyer will be informed of the reason for the delay and a new response deadline.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-small-font-size\"><strong>7. Force Majeure<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-small-font-size\"><strong>7.1. Force Majeure Conditions<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list has-small-font-size\">\n<li>SKINSTUDIO is not liable for damages caused by force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, third-party system failures).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-small-font-size\"><strong>7.2. Customer Responsibility<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list has-small-font-size\">\n<li>The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data they provide and for any consequences resulting from incorrect information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-small-font-size\"><strong>8. Processing of Personal Data<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-small-font-size\"><strong>8.1. Processed Personal Data<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">SKINSTUDIO processes the following personal data:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list has-small-font-size\">\n<li>Name, phone number, and email address<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Delivery address<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bank account number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Purchase history (date of purchase, product, quantity)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-small-font-size\"><strong>8.3. Purpose of Data Processing<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list has-small-font-size\">\n<li>Order processing and delivery<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Refund processing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customer support services<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analysis of website usage statistics<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-small-font-size\"><strong>8.4. Data Storage and Security<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list has-small-font-size\">\n<li>Purchase history is stored for <strong>3 years<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Data required for accounting is stored for <strong>7 years<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-small-font-size\">Personal data is protected with security measures and is accessible only to authorized personnel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-small-font-size\"><strong>8.5. Withdrawal of Consent<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-small-font-size\">The customer can request the deletion of their personal data at any time by sending a request to <strong><a href=\"mailto:info@skinstudio.ee\">info@skinstudio.ee<\/a><\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-small-font-size\"><strong>9.
