For preventive use: adults and children – 1 capsule daily, 40 minutes before or 2 hours after meals, swallowed whole with a small amount of water. For best results, take regularly for at least 3 months. For children under 3 years old, elderly people, and pets – the capsule content may be squeezed out, or Dr.OHHIRA® Fermented Plant Extract (3 Years) paste can be used as an alternative. For stomach issues: 1 capsule daily, 40 minutes before or 2 hours after meals. The capsule may be chewed and swallowed with water. For food poisoning or diarrhea: 1–4 capsules depending on severity. Swallow whole with water and repeat every few hours until condition improves.
