Apply in the evening only to clean, dry skin. Distribute evenly over the entire body or targeted areas. Start with 2–3 applications per week to assess skin tolerance. If well tolerated, gradually increase to daily use. If pronounced sensitivity occurs, reduce frequency. Mild flaking or temporary sensitivity at the beginning of use is a normal reaction to retinol. During the day, apply broad-spectrum SPF50+ sunscreen to exposed areas.
