Active ingredients per daily dose (1 capsule): lactic acid bacteria blend (Bifidobacterium, Lactobacillus, Streptococcus thermophilus) – ~1×10⁹ CFU; fruit blend (plum extract, fig extract, yuzu extract, Myrica rubra extract) – 54.2 mg; vegetable blend (spinach leaf extract, mustard leaf extract) – 18.6 mg; mushroom blend (shiitake, maitake, Agaricus blazei) – 8.9 mg; berry blend (Lycium chinense, blueberry) – 7.9 mg; seaweed blend – 6 mg.

Ingredients: oligosaccharides (molasses), plant extracts, mushroom powders, seaweed powders; probiotic cultures; safflower oil; Lithothamnion calcareum powder; emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; antioxidant: D-alpha-tocopherol; vegetable oils; capsule shell: thickeners (starch, carrageenan), humectant (glycerol), colour (caramel E150a).
