Collagen intake is recommended from the age of 25. One course includes 10 bottles (1 pack). Adults take 1 bottle (20 ml) daily for the first 5 days, then 1 bottle every 3 days. It is recommended to take before bedtime, as regeneration processes occur mainly at night. Course duration: 20 days. It is recommended to repeat 3–4 courses per year.
