All products purchased from the SkinStudio online store are subject to the right of withdrawal in
accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Estonia (Law of Obligations Act § 56).

Return conditions:

• The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the
date of receiving the order.
• To initiate a return, please send an email to info@skinstudio.ee, including your order number,
the reason for the return, and, if necessary, a photo or video proving the issue.
• The returned product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are covered by the customer (up to a maximum of €10, pursuant to LOA §
194 section 4), except in cases where the return is due to a fault or defect (e.g. damaged
packaging, non-functioning dispenser, etc.).
• Skin Studio OÜ will refund the payment within 10 calendar days after receiving and inspecting
the returned item.

Return restrictions:

For hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

– Arosha shaping products (e.g. bodysuits and leggings), if their individual packaging has been
opened.

These items fall under the category of underwear and are in direct contact with the body, which
makes resale impossible.
