Shake well before use. Spray evenly and generously before sun exposure from a distance of 10–15 cm. Reapply every 2 hours, especially after swimming, sweating or towel-drying. To achieve the declared SPF protection, apply approximately 36 g (6 teaspoons) of product to cover the entire body of an average adult.
