Apply STEP 1 to clean, dry skin, gently massaging over the face and neck, avoiding the eye area. Leave on for up to 3 minutes without rinsing. Then apply STEP 2 over the same area and leave on. A slight tingling sensation may occur, which is normal. Use every 3-4 days, preferably in the evening. Always apply SPF 30 or higher in the morning.
