After cleansing in the evening, apply 2 pumps to the face and neck. Allow to absorb fully, then follow with a moisturiser. Crystal Retinal should be introduced gradually: use twice a week for the first 2 weeks; every other night for the next 2 weeks; then every night. During use, always apply sunscreen the following day and continue using SPF for at least one week after application.
