Apply a sufficient amount (2 mg/cm² of skin) to clean, dry skin half an hour before sun exposure. Reducing the amount applied significantly decreases the level of protection. Reapply every 2 hours during direct sun exposure and always after towel drying, swimming, or excessive sweating. Reapplication is essential to maintain protection and effectiveness. Wear sunglasses and a protective hat when exposed to direct sunlight, and avoid sun exposure between 11:00 and 16:00. For external use only. Shake well before use.
