Read the label carefully before use and strictly follow the recommendations. Take 4 pumps, hold the liquid in the mouth for 30 seconds before swallowing. If needed, the dose may be increased up to 8 pumps. May be added to water. Take on an empty stomach, at least 10 minutes before meals.
