Place the washed, dried, and folded .521 SILHOUETTE PANTS leggings into the refill pouch and leave them for 10 minutes to absorb the activating solution. Put the leggings on clean skin, then wear the disposable PANTACARTENE polyethylene pants to enhance the warming effect and improve care efficiency. Leave on for 30–60 minutes, then remove the polyethylene pants followed by the leggings. Massage any remaining product into the skin using gentle circular movements until fully absorbed.
