Apply sufficient toner to a cotton pad and wipe skin, or apply a few drops to palms and pat gently. Can also be used as a soothing local mask: soak a cotton pad with toner and leave 10–20 minutes on inflamed skin. For refreshing eye patches with cooling effect: soak pads and place on eyelids for 3 minutes.
