Dr.OHHIRA® DELUXE 5 Years Of Fermentation is a premium probiotic blend created in Japan by Professor Iichiroh Ohhira after more than 30 years of research. The formula is based on a unique 5-year natural fermentation process in which selected plant ingredients are transformed by 12 strains of lactic acid bacteria into a rich complex of bioactive compounds.

As a result, more than 500 postbiotic metabolites are formed – organic acids, amino acids, peptides, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. These compounds help maintain the balance of intestinal microflora, create a favorable environment for beneficial bacteria, and support overall digestive and immune health.

For daily preventive use: Adults and children: 1 capsule daily, 40 minutes before or 2 hours after meals, with a small amount of water. Suitable for all ages. For children under 3 years old, elderly people, or pets, the contents of the capsule may be squeezed out, or Dr.OHHIRA® Fermented Plant Extract (paste) may be used as an alternative. For specific conditions: After a course of antibiotics: 1–2 capsules morning and evening, for at least 3–4 weeks. To reduce discomfort during antibiotic use (constipation, weakness, bloating, loss of appetite): 1–2 capsules at least 2 hours after antibiotics, preferably before bedtime. Digestive disorders (intoxication, diarrhea, constipation, bloating): 1–4 capsules depending on severity. Swallow whole with water, repeat every few hours until improvement. Viral infections: 1–2 capsules morning and evening, for at least 3 weeks. Long-term use of contraceptives: 1–2 capsules morning and evening.
