1. Validity and Scope of Sales Terms
1.1. These Sales Terms apply to the rights and obligations arising from the purchase of goods (hereinafter referred to as the Product/Products) between the clients of Skinstudio online store (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer) and SKIN STUDIO OÜ (hereinafter referred to as Skinstudio).
1.2. In addition to these terms, the legal relationships arising from the purchase of Products from the Skinstudio online store are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
1.3. Skinstudio reserves the right to make changes to the sales terms and prices, and such changes will be reflected on the Skinstudio website www.skinstudio.ee. If the Buyer has placed an order before the changes take effect, the purchase conditions valid at the time of placing the order apply to that order unless otherwise provided by law or these terms.
1.4. By accepting the terms, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agreed to the Sales Terms and will comply with them.
2. Placing Orders
2.1. It is possible to purchase Products from the Skinstudio website with the button “Add to Cart.” To order a suitable Product, it must be added to the cart.
2.2. The price and availability of the Product may change without notice.
2.2.1. The price of the Products is indicated on the Product page, and in the case of a discounted price, both the discounted and regular prices are displayed.
2.2.2. The price of the purchased product is displayed in the cart when placing the order.
2.3. If the customer placed an order before a change in the price of the goods, the customer will receive the goods at the price that was valid at the time of placing the order. Skinstudio does not refund price differences for the product.
2.4. All prices on the Skinstudio website www.skinstudio.ee are indicated in euros (€).
2.5. The Buyer can review the contents of the shopping cart by clicking on the “Cart” icon at the top of the page.
2.6. The quantity of Products in the shopping cart can be changed by entering the desired quantity in the quantity field.
2.7. Products can be removed from the shopping cart by clicking on the “cross” on the same line.
2.8. Before placing an order, the Buyer must choose a suitable delivery method.
2.9. Product prices do not include shipping. The delivery cost depends on the delivery method chosen by the customer and is separately indicated on the invoice.
2.10. To place an order, click the “Place Order” button.
2.11. To confirm the order, press the “Order and Pay” button.
2.11.1. Subsequently, a prepayment invoice is issued, which must be paid by credit card, bank transfer, or using a bank link.
2.11.2. The order confirmation (prepayment invoice) is sent to the Buyer’s email address. If the customer has not received the invoice and order confirmation, please inform us at info@skinstudio.ee.
2.12. The products will be shipped by Skinstudio after payment of the invoice.
3. Entry into Force of the Sales Contract
3.1. The Buyer is bound by the order and payment after pressing the “Order and Pay” button.
3.2. The sales contract is considered concluded from the date of confirmation of the order after the payment of the prepayment to the SKIN STUDIO OÜ bank account.
3.3. If the Buyer has not paid the prepayment invoice within 2 working days from the issuance of the prepayment invoice, Skinstudio considers it the Buyer’s desire to cancel the purchase and cancels the order.
4. Delivery and Transfer of Products
4.1. After the entry into force of the sales contract (payment of the prepayment invoice by the Buyer), Skinstudio processes the order and hands it over to Skinstudio’s logistics partners for delivery.
4.2. The delivery time of the goods depends on the delivery method and location.
4.2.1. If the customer has used the Omniva / DPD / Itella Smartpost parcel machine services domestically, the order will be delivered to the customer’s selected parcel machine in Estonia within 1-3 working days. Upon arrival of the order at the parcel machine, the customer will receive a notification on their mobile phone, indicating the location, opening hours, and personal door code of the parcel machine. By entering the code on the touch screen of the parcel machine, the door will open, and the Buyer can pick up the parcel. Sent parcels are kept free of charge in the parcel machine for 7 calendar days.
4.2.2. If the customer has chosen Omniva, DPD, Itella Smartpost courier services or the courier service of a courier company to deliver the order to the home address in Estonia, the goods will be delivered to the address within 2-5 working days.
4.3. If the customer has chosen the DHL courier service to deliver the order to an address outside Estonia, the goods will be delivered to the address within 3-7 working days.
4.4. Skinstudio is not responsible for any delays in the delivery of the goods caused by force majeure or circumstances that Skinstudio could not have foreseen.
4.5. Skinstudio is not responsible for any delay or damage caused by incorrect data provided by the Buyer when placing the order.
4.6. Upon receipt of the goods, the Buyer must check the condition of the parcel and products. If the packaging is damaged, the Buyer must not accept the shipment and must immediately inform Skinstudio thereof by sending an email to info@skinstudio.ee.
5. Right of Withdrawal
5.1. After receiving the order, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract concluded with Skinstudio within 14 days without giving any reason.
5.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify Skinstudio of the decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or e-mail).
5.3. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the Buyer to send their communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
5.4. The buyer must return the goods to Skinstudio within 14 days after notifying Skinstudio of the withdrawal.
5.5. The goods must be returned in the original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as they were at the time of delivery. 5.6. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the Buyer.
5.7. Skinstudio will reimburse the cost of the returned goods to the Buyer within 14 days of receiving the notice of withdrawal and the returned goods.
5.8. Skinstudio has the right to refuse to refund until the goods have been returned or until the Buyer has provided proof that they have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
5.9. Skinstudio will not reimburse additional costs if the Buyer has explicitly chosen a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by Skinstudio.
6. Return of Defective Products
6.1. If the Product purchased from Skexet is defective or does not meet the agreed requirements, the Buyer has the right to file a complaint with Skinstudio.
6.2. The buyer must notify Skinstudio of the defect within a reasonable time after discovering it, but not later than within two years from the delivery of the product to the buyer.
6.3. The notice of defects must be sent to Skinstudio in writing by sending an email to info@skinstudio.ee, providing the name, contact details, order number, and a description of the defect.
6.4. Skinstudio is not responsible for defects resulting from normal wear and tear, intentional damage, negligence, failure to follow the care instructions, or other circumstances attributable to the Buyer.
7. Liability and Force Majeure
7.1. Skinstudio is liable for any damage caused to the Buyer by a breach of these terms.
7.2. Skinstudio is not liable for any damage caused by force majeure.
7.3. Force majeure is an unforeseeable circumstance or an unavoidable external event that prevents the fulfillment of obligations, including strikes, natural disasters, or other events beyond the control of the parties.
8. Personal Data and Privacy
8.1. By placing an order, the Buyer agrees that Skinstudio processes their personal data for the purpose of fulfilling the order.
8.2. Skinstudio complies with data protection laws and takes appropriate measures to protect the Buyer’s personal data.
8.3. The Buyer has the right to request information about the processing of their personal data and to request the correction or deletion of their personal data.
9. Final Provisions
9.1. These Sales Terms and the legal relationships arising therefrom are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
9.2. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions or the legal relationships arising therefrom shall be settled by negotiations.
9.3. If an agreement is not reached through negotiations, disputes shall be settled in the Harju County Court of Estonia.
9.4. If any provision of these Sales Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions are not affected.
9.5. Skinstudio reserves the right to make changes to these Sales Terms by notifying Buyers through the Skinstudio website www.skinstudio.ee.
