1. Validity and Scope of Sales Terms
1.1. General Terms
- These Sales Terms apply to the rights and obligations arising when purchasing products (hereinafter referred to as “Product(s)”) from the online store www.skinstudio.ee between its customers (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”) and SKIN STUDIO OÜ (hereinafter referred to as “SKINSTUDIO”).
- In addition to these terms, legal relations arising from purchases made in the SKINSTUDIO online store are regulated by the laws in force in the Republic of Estonia.
1.2. Changes to Terms
- SKINSTUDIO reserves the right to make changes to the sales terms and prices, and these changes will be reflected on the website www.skinstudio.ee.
- If the Buyer has placed an order before any changes to the terms take effect, the terms that were valid at the time of the order will apply unless otherwise stated in the law or these terms.
1.3. Acceptance of Terms
- By accepting the terms, the Buyer confirms that they have read, agree to, and comply with the Sales Terms.
2. Placing Orders
2.1. Order Placement
- Products that can be purchased from the SKINSTUDIO website are marked with the “Add to cart” button.
- To order a suitable Product, it must be added to the shopping cart.
2.2. Product Price and Availability
- The price and availability of the Product may change without prior notice.
2.2.1. Price Display
- The price of the Product is shown on its product page.
- If there is a discount, both the discounted and regular prices will be displayed.
2.2.2. Price Changes After Ordering
- If the Buyer places an order before a price change, the price applicable at the time of the order will be honored.
- SKINSTUDIO does not refund price differences.
2.3. Managing the Shopping Cart
- The Buyer can view the contents of their shopping cart by clicking the “Cart” icon at the top of the page.
- The quantity of products in the cart can be adjusted, and products can be removed.
2.4. Choosing a Delivery Method
- Before completing the order, the Buyer must select a suitable delivery method.
- Product prices do not include shipping costs. The delivery fee depends on the selected delivery method and is indicated separately on the invoice.
2.5. Order Confirmation and Payment
- To complete the order, the Buyer must click the “Checkout” button.
- To confirm the order, the Buyer must click the “Order and Pay” button.

2.5.2. Order Confirmation
- An order confirmation (prepayment invoice) will be sent to the Buyer’s email address.
- If the Buyer has not received the invoice and order confirmation, please contact us at info@skinstudio.ee.
2.6. Shipping of Goods
- Products will be shipped by SKINSTUDIO after the invoice has been paid.
3. Conclusion of the Sales Agreement
3.1. Contractual Obligation
- The Buyer confirms the order and commits to paying for it by clicking the “Order and Pay” button.
3.2. Agreement Enforcement
- The sales agreement is deemed concluded once the prepayment has been received in SKINSTUDIO’s bank account.
3.3. Order Cancellation Due to Non-Payment
- If the Buyer does not pay the invoice within two business days, the order will be considered canceled.
4. Delivery and Handover of Products
4.1. Delivery Time and Methods
- SKINSTUDIO processes the order and hands it over to logistics partners.
- The delivery time depends on the delivery method and destination.
4.1.1. Delivery in Estonia
- Omniva / DPD / Itella Smartpost / Venipak parcel machine: delivery within 1–3 business days.
- A notification will be sent to the Buyer’s mobile phone when the parcel arrives.
- Parcels are stored in parcel machines for 7 calendar days, after which they are returned to SKINSTUDIO.
4.1.2. Delivery to Finland
- Itella Smartpost: delivery within 3–5 business days.
- A notification will be sent to the Buyer’s mobile phone when the parcel arrives.
- The parcel will be stored in the SmartPOST parcel machine for 7 calendar days.
4.2. Free Delivery
- Estonia: Free delivery for orders over 59 €.
- Latvia and Lithuania: Free delivery for orders over 149 €.
- Finland: Free delivery for orders over 199 €.
4.3. Orders Outside the Baltic States
- The shipping fee outside the Baltic States is 16 € (excluding Russia).
- Free delivery for orders over 349 €.
5. Right of Withdrawal
5.1. Duration and Conditions of the Right of Withdrawal
- According to the Law of Obligations Act, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.
- The returned product must be:
- Undamaged
- Unused
- In its original packaging with labels
- Properly packed
5.2. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
- The right of withdrawal does not apply if:
The product has been opened and cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons (e.g., cosmetic products).
The product has been custom-made or specially adapted for the Buyer.gus ei kehti, kui:- Toode on avatud ja seda ei saa tervislikel või hügieenilistel põhjustel tagastada (nt kosmeetikatooted).
- Toode on spetsiaalselt Ostjale kohandatud või valmistatud.
5.3. Return Process
- If the Buyer wishes to return a product, they must send an email to info@skinstudio.ee with the following details:
- Name and surname
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Product name
- A photo of the product (if possible)
5.4. Return Costs
- The Buyer covers the return costs unless:
- The product is defective or damaged during transport (not the packaging).
- The wrong product was sent.
5.5. Refunds
- SKINSTUDIO will refund the amount immediately but no later than 14 days after the returned product has been received and inspected.
- The refund will be issued to the same account used for payment.
5.6. Condition of the Product Upon Return
- The Buyer must return the product immediately, but no later than 14 days after submitting the withdrawal request.
- The deadline is met if the product is returned before 14 days have passed.
5.7. If Replacement Is Not Possible
- If it is not possible to replace a defective product, SKINSTUDIO will refund the product cost to the Buyer.
- The Buyer may choose a refund or a replacement product of the same value.
5.8. Other Conditions
- If the Buyer has not received the ordered product or if it does not match the description in the online store, they do not need to submit a withdrawal request but may file a complaint (see Chapter 6).
6. Liability and Complaints
6.1. Liability for Breaching Sales Terms
- SKINSTUDIO and the Buyer are liable for any damages caused to each other according to the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
6.2. Right to Submit Complaints
- The Buyer has the right to submit complaints about product defects for up to two years from the date of receipt.
- A complaint must be submitted within two months of discovering the defect.
6.3. Filing a Complaint
- Complaints should be sent via email to info@skinstudio.ee or submitted at the SKINSTUDIO office at Raua 28, Tallinn.
- The complaint must include:
- Buyer’s name and contact details
- Date of complaint submission
- Product defect description
- Requested resolution
- Proof of purchase (invoice, receipt)
6.4. Complaint Processing
- SKINSTUDIO will respond to complaints in writing within 15 days.
- If SKINSTUDIO cannot respond within 15 days, the Buyer will be informed of the reason for the delay and a new response deadline.
7. Force Majeure
7.1. Force Majeure Conditions
- SKINSTUDIO is not liable for damages caused by force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, third-party system failures).
7.2. Customer Responsibility
- The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data they provide and for any consequences resulting from incorrect information.

8.4. Data Storage and Security
- Purchase history is stored for 3 years.
- Data required for accounting is stored for 7 years.
- Personal data is protected with security measures and is accessible only to authorized personnel.
8.5. Withdrawal of Consent
- The customer can request the deletion of their personal data at any time by sending a request to info@skinstudio.ee.
9. Other Conditions
9.1. Product Images and Information
- Product images are for illustrative purposes and may differ from the actual product.
- Product descriptions and prices may change without prior notice.
9.2. Validity of Terms
- These sales terms are effective from May 1, 2021.
